It’s hard to believe, but it has been a decade of since Nike Free swept through both the running and lifestyle world. The freedom of natural motion has created an unparalleled comfort and functionality and now Nike is here to show us what’s next in the Nike WMNS Free Viritous and Nike Free Socfly. The Viritous takes aim at 1991’s Nike Air Huarache for inspiration, as a breathable mesh construction is paired with a neoprene mesh to survive in hot climates. Meanwhile the simplicity of the Free Socfly is inspired by the 1986 Nike Sock Racer with a velcro strap on the midfoot and a unique gradient colorway showcasing the hyperfuse mesh. Each pair is available today at select Nike Sportswear accounts.
