We’ll hesitate to nickname this neutral Kobe 10 colorway the “Beethoven” as we’re still waiting for retail versions of the Nike Kobe 10 Elite Low to arrive stateside. The alternating Swoosh colors and combination of white and black on the mesh tooling does create a familiar aesthetic here though. With news coming in on Kobe’s pending retirement after next season, it’ll be interesting to see how Nike handles the situation and which pairs The Black Mamba will wear throughout his farewell tour. In the meantime, the Swoosh continues to operate as usual, dropping new colorways of the Nike Kobe 10 for summer and this “Wolf Grey” is the most simplistic to date. Available on May 12th for $180, the Kobe 10 utilizes a smokey natural motion outsole combination for a unique deviation from past looks.
