Today adidas announced their new retail location, which will be found in downtown Brooklyn, New York. Located in the historic Fulton Street Mall, the new 9,300 square foot adidas store will become Brooklyn’s premier adidas shop, providing all of your sportswear and lifestyle sneakers and apparel from the Three Stripes. The grand opening event will take place on May 21st, with an array of on-site events highlighted by a performance by rapper Smoke DZA as well as a rotating selection of DJs spinning throughout the first week. Other planned events include in-store “try-on” trials benefiting the local chapter of the Boys & Girls Club via a financial donation made by adidas, and on-site sneaker customization by local artists for customers who purchase the Superstar. If you’re in the Brooklyn area, be sure to stop by the festivities beginning May 21st.
