Kobe‘s comeback is something to look forward to this upcoming NBA season. The ‘will he, won’t he’ decision regarding his looming retirement at the end of the year only adds to a certain mystique to each new Kobe 10 release, and now this pair last seen doled out to EYBL goers is slated to release August 27th for $180. Nicknamed the Nike Kobe 10 “Overcome”, the eclectic pattern in an array of purple and teal looks almost Charlotte Hornets in origin. The team did draft Kobe and then trade him, but any recognizable color choices are purely coincidental. Instead, the “Overcome” palette chooses to go a similar route as the “5AM Flight” and the “Pain” varieties, focusing on the Black Mamba’s return to form and assuring us that he will be back, more motivated, and healthier than ever.
