The Air Jordan 6 Low continues to be an enticing option this summer thanks to some smart colorways that channel a certain classic aesthetic. The latest colorway, the Air Jordan 6 Low “Black/Chrome”, harkens back to the early 2000s as this OG style wasn’t particularly well-received upon its arrival. In fact, a major storyline in Jordan Brand’s 30th Anniversary celebration includes the remastering of the early aught’s Retro+ and LS colorways. With this release you get a little bit of both thanks to the low cut style of the memorable Air Jordan 6 in an ominous all black while metallic chrome accents keep things clean on the midsole stripes, Jumpman branding, and lace locks. The only thing that’s really missing is the underlying 3M on the perforations throughout. Available August 29th for $170, the Black/Chrome 6s are the perfect shoe to transition us into fall and the looming back to school season.
