Liberty & Nike Sportswear’s “Cameo Collection” Starts The New Year Off Right

Nike Liberty Wmns Cameo Collection 01
London’s own Liberty has been teaming up with Nike Sportswear for the past few years and making the most out of some of the most notorious archival models that the imprint has to offer in exclusive releases for women. Liberty’s unique printed aesthetic has come in various templates and graphics, and this year’s “Cameo Collection” furthers that motif with a simple floral backdrop. Today floral graphics might seem trendy but it’s a look that’s been around for almost a century. The Cameo pattern first appeared in 1933, created by ‘The Silver Studio‘ which some consider to be a trailblazer in the textile community. Nike has updated the classic Cortez with the Nike Cortez Epic with a thicker rigged outsole for added comfort. The Nike Air Force 1 High, Nike Air Max Thea, and Nike Roshe Run will also be available on January 19th at select Nike retailers.
