King Kristaps might be stealing most of the spotlight in New York City, but Carmelo Anthony is still putting in work, silently guiding the Knickerbockers to a fun and energetic early start that has fans applauding the competitive nature of this squad as opposed to last year’s struggles. Jordan Brand just introduced the Jordan Melo M12 to the world and Carmelo rocked a new “Away” exclusive last night in Sacramento that may or may not have utilized a flashy 3M reflective mesh upper paired with a vibrant orange accent for a unique look. The M11 never had the benefit of the doubt given Carmelo’s injury woes last season, but perhaps the longest tenured Jordan Brand signature athlete will get more interest this year behind an injury-free campaign.
