Air Jordan 5 Low “Dunk From Above” Releases This Weekend

Jordan Brand’s plan to bring back the Air Jordan 5 Low was one of the more unexpected moves during the early goings of 2016. The model released in a few colorways during the early aughts but remained more of a PE staple for guys like Derek Anderson and Mike Bibby. After the “Alternate” tooling, a basic twist on the Black/Metallic 5s, hit retailers not too long ago, this weekend we’ll get the Air Jordan 5 Low “Dunk From Above”. It’s another reference to flight, but in the most literal sense, as the premium White/Midnight Navy-Metallic Gold Star combination pays homage to vintage fighter pilot attire. Slated to arrive this Saturday, February 20th for $175, this AJ5 Low is also notable for the contrast piping in which a tan leather showcases the numerous panels quite well. What do you think of the look? Check out more official photos below and just in case you can’t wait, look for this pair right now on eBay.
