Summer is still serious thanks to this LeBron Soldier 10. Even though LeBron James is taking a break from the Olympics, he’s keeping busy this summer at the Nike Basketball Academy out in Los Angeles where he’s schooling some of the best prep ballers in the country. He even debuted a brand new colorway of his Nike LeBron Soldier 10 model. While it’s unlikely that that particular pair hits retailers anytime soon, today we get a look at an upcoming Nike LeBron Soldier 10 “Summer Soldier” pair slated to release on August 4th.

This LeBron Soldier 10 utilizes a simple black mesh upper complete with its laceless construction, but with a twist. The Swoosh branding utilizes a tropical theme in reference to summer with palm leaves and gradients galore. That accent matches perfectly with the ankle strap’s Multi-Color pattern. Zoom Air adds lightweight cushioning perfect for a quick first step. As for the laceless design, it still remains to have a polarizing appeal with the three oversized straps offering up lockdown support.
