Diadora’s archival models are known for their premium craftsmanship – it’s something we’ve seen time and time again on the likes of the Diadora N9000 and its numerous collaborative efforts and lesser known variations of the Diadora V7000. But this particular colorway of the Diadora Trident 90 takes things to another level thanks to the inclusion of a nubuck upper, suede panels, and hints of leather on the lining, formstripes, and perforated toebox.
The last time we saw the Diadora Trident was with Barney’s premium heat-welded collaboration. That set the tone for this most recent pair, one that manages to include touches of grape leaf suede and walnut nubuck throughout for a colorway that blends a retro performance running model with an aesthetic to match the great outdoors.
