Nike’s Mark Parker released a statement today voicing strong opposition of President Donald Trump’s controversial order to ban Syrian refugees and Muslims (from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen) from entering the United States. Parker firmly states that “Nike stands together against bigotry and any form of discrimination” and references Nike athlete Mo Farah, a four-time Olympic gold medalist who is directly affected by Trump’s order.
