Complex finally got NBA legend and style icon Allen Iverson to talk his signature line during the latest episode of Sneaker Shopping with Joe La Puma at Philadelphia’s own Lapstone & Hammer. Iverson told the story of owning his favorite pair of shoes when he first started playing AAU basketball. His mom bought him a pair of the Nike Air Revolution in a size 8.5 even though a young AI wore a size 7. That didn’t slow him down though. What did was upon returning from the game, his electricity had been shut off because his mom couldn’t afford to make payments after buying him his favorite sneaker. Allen also talks his favorite Jordan retros while in college, opponents wearing his signature model, and more. Watch the full video below and stay tuned for more updates right here on Sneaker News.
