An endcap on the brand's banner year.

Official Images Of The Air Jordan 8 “Bugs Bunny”

We’re down to the final handful of pairs in Jordan Brand’s 40th anniversary celebration. It’s bittersweet in some regards (though early indications are that Beaverton will keep their foot on the gas through 2026), yet the negative end of that equation is blunted by just how monumental the final releases are. Included in that closing duo is the Air Jordan 8 “Bugs Bunny,” now revealed via official brand images.

This solidifies a resurgent year for a silhouette that’s been somewhat sidelined this decade. The Air Jordan 8 “Aqua” returned to shelves, replete with the OG-minded grey rear anchoring that threw some off the scent of recent retros. The “Bugs Bunny,” by contrast, has largely kept accurate to its brightened look throughout the years, yet still, this continues the ’90s-era nostalgia run of Jordan Brand as a whole. Treating fans to one of the most well-regarded colorways of Mike’s eighth signature is a shrewd play on Beaverton’s part, whetting appetites as 2026 drops like the Jordan 8 “Bin 23,” Jordan 8 “Cavs,” or Jordan 8 “Chrome” loom.

The Air Jordan 8 “Bugs Bunny” releases via SNKRS and partnering retailers on December 20th in full family sizing. The price breakdown for that is as follows: adult ($215), GS ($165), PS ($105), TD ($90).
