Andrew Rizzo Awake NY checked off its biggest collab yet in 2025, pulling off the uncommon feat of adding standout branding to Jordan 5s that have been “sneaker of the year” contenders since they first appeared. And 2026 has the potential to be equally strong, if not stronger, now that it’s public knowledge that two Awake NY Jordan 6 styles are in the works for next Fall.
With that momentum, a bit of a reward is in order. Fifty members of Baque’s inner circle will receive this Friends & Family Timberland Field Boot, unveiled on IG by Angelo Baque and Awake NY Brand Director Hugo Mendoza. The boot draws direct inspiration from the Awake NY x Jordan 5 “Arctic Pink,” the more limited and more coveted style from the brand’s recent duo. Metal Awake NY branding sits beside the lace hooks, paired with red contrast stitching and a branded hangtag. Black Vibram soles finish off the Friends & Family pair underfoot.
This continues a trend of brands receiving exclusive Timberland boots following high-profile Jordan collaborations, preceded just months ago by a flight jacket-inspired pair by UNDEFEATED.
