Updated on June 13th, 2017: Tom Sachs x NikeLab Mars Yard 2.0 releases globally on July 7th, 2017 for $200.

Updated on June 2nd, 2017: Nike and Tom Sachs will release the Mars Yard 2.0 sneaker for $200 during Space Camp and on NIkeCraft.com.

Tom Sachs and Nike have teamed up once again to give individuals a one-of-a-kind experience in NYC’s Governers Island. Tom Sachs and NIkeCraft describe the event as an experience in physical strength building and manual dexterity featuring the world premiere of the short film “The Hero’s Journey” directed by Van Neistat, older brother to famous vlogger Casey Neistat. Sneaker News will be attending an invite-only media preview next week, so stay tuned for further details. Tom Sachs has worked with Nike on several projects, most notable the NikeCraft sneaker.

Currently Nike is taking registrations for June 8-11 and June 15-18, so if you’re in the NYC area during those days and want to participate in something incredible, register now on Nike.
