Ben Felderstein Update: The Nike Kyrie 4 “All-Star” releases on February 15th, 2018.
In the early stages of the Kyrie 4‘s life, Nike has dressed it up in some wild colorways, all starting out with its debut “Confetti” offering. Now, the Swoosh is adding a psychedelic “Tie-Dye” pattern to its black upper with a purple embroidered Swoosh, an infrared tongue logo, and a loud blue outsole. Matching the aforementioned tongue logo, is an insole that harkens back to the “Venice Beach” Kyrie 3 custom, as it reads “Kyrie Irving, Venice Beach CA, 5x All Star” with the famed Venice Beach street sign predominately featured as well. Irving has been connected with Venice Beach a few tomes in the past, as he’s visited to watch the Elite 24 All-Star game and other heralded tournaments.
