Nike Adds Satin Uppers To The Air Max 1

Nike Adds Satin Uppers To The Air Max 1

Last week, we brought you a first look at a red and blue Air Max 90 that’s upper came fully adorned in satin, evoking a luxuriously retro aesthetic that serves as a nod to the brand’s past. Nike has plans to continue the retro theme with a three-piece Air Max 1 collection that utilizes that same satin material throughout their uppers as well. Much like the aforementioned Air Max 90, retro branding comes into play here on both the tongue and heel, as the former boasts an old-school Nike Sportswear tag equipped with an orange Swoosh while the latter calls upon the brand’s “Pinwheel” logo from the 1970’s. Fans of this nostalgic Air Max 1 collection will have their choice between three color schemes – Red and Blue, Blue and Mint, and Triple Black. At the moment, no release information is being reported, but keep it locked for pricing information and a date as they become available.
