The Converse One Star is at the center of several collaborations in 2017 and 2018, but unfortunately upstart apparel brand Awake NY won’t be one of them – for now. The label’s founder Angelo Baque, long-time brand director of Supreme until his departure in February of last year, revealed four scrapped samples of a purported One Star collaboration on Awake’s official Instagram page. These simple designs feature four tonal suede colorways with the Awake NY logo embroidered onto the upper, with the middle “A” falling right inside the cut-out star. While these won’t hit the public, at least we know now that the two brands are working together for future potential drops. See the samples below and let us know which of the four is your favorite.
