Ross Dwyer One of the most interesting new Swoosh Brand silhouettes of 2018, the Nike Moon Racer mashes Nike technology both prototypal and pioneering together for a brand-new look unlike anything else on the market. The classically styled upper—a nod to 1972’s Moon Shoe—sits on top of a React midsole borrowed from the space-age Vapor Street Flyknit, and an insole with moon-style graphics adds even further to the lunar aesthetic. Arriving in both a vintage “String” colorway complete with volt accents and a stately black/white that uses two different shades of grey for contrast, both of these new Moon Racers are set to blast off August 2nd on Nike.com with a retail price of $150 USD.
