Nike’s Multi-Swoosh Cortez Is Releasing In White And Black

After a classic black and white Nike Cortez complete with a profusion of extra Swoosh embellishments surfaced recently, Nike has continued the heavily-swooshed script with another timeless Cortez colorway: white and black. The classic silhouette — first released in 1972 — arrives in a stark white, with black accents arriving on the midfoot swoosh, midsole, and tongue. A small Swoosh graces the lateral forefoot, while a trio of Swooshes — two small, one large, all completed with extra branded markings — appear on the heel. As Nike has been experimenting heavily with extra logo placement over the last few months on other heritage models like the Air Force 1 and Air Max 97, it’s not surprising that another classic pair like the Cortez would receive extra branding as well. However, the striking styling is certainly unlike other branded releases from the spring and summer months — and provides a look that’s all its own. Enjoy a full set of official images, and expect these special Nike shoes to release at the retailers listed below later this Fall.
