Unlike its 77 Vintage counterpart, the skate-focused tooling stands much bulkier with extra padding doing what’s necessary in the way of user protection. Gum sole bottoms add a note of lifestyle elements while adding a tonal contrast to the mostly monochrome upper with black swooshes, which stand much bolder than other iterations, breaking up the muted profile panel.
