Nike Signal D/MS/X Expands Its Legacy With New Teal And Burgundy Colorway

Presenting a highly-detailed layered look while still managing to remain sleek and streamlined, Nike’s Signal D/MS/X is a shoe that’s certainly full of welcome surprises, and it’s now appeared in a fresh colorway that mixes teal and burgundy. There’s so many layers, sheaths, and details here it’s hard to know where to start, but a grey mesh base does indeed provide the bottom layer. The foremost style is then provided by a translucent overlay that covers the whole toebox and midfoot before reaching around to the heel where it’s secured by a tab. The lacing system also pokes through ovals on the quarter, adding an appealingly haphazard mix of tones and textures, all of which are coated in black, burgundy, and varying shades of dark blue/green. Down below, the midsole is split in two by a large soft green plastic midfoot shank, while two-tone embellishments complete the look. These Nike shoes certainly aren’t for the faint of heart, but if you’ve got the panache to pull them off they’ll be available on Nike.com soon for $130 USD.
