Michael Le Once inspired by distinctly different genres of art and then taking on the musicality of heavy metal, hip-hop, and more, the Air Max 270 React has seen quite a few inspirations with its latest capsule tapping into the thematics of novels. Earth tones are found aplenty with palettes strong in deep forrest greens as well as cooler navys, the latter seeing the most use across the mudguard all the way to the heel. Matching though departing hits of indigo denim outfit much of the lace units in a fashion that transcends standard synthetics for a bit of textural diversity. Much of the upper, however, stays its standard fabrication: toe boxes as well as the swoosh panelling dress up in Autumnal brown while the aforementioned duo further color block across a backdrop of flat whites. Midsoles stay colorless as well as while the enlarged air bubble takes on a deep ruby visage. Insoles, which are by and large the most involved in terms of presentation, bear the focal motifs with collage prints embodying a romantic story.
