The Nike Daybreak Continues Its Own Multi-colored Mission Of Colorways

The mainline Nike Daybreak — though arguably non-distinct without UNDERCOVER’s aggressive modifications — continues to be one of the most consistent models out of Beaverton’s roster of revived silhouettes. Still bearing the iconic runner aesthetic despite any notable spins by collaborators, the pair still somehow channels the palettes of Jun Takahashi or even Chitose Abe as it pairs striking earth tones with a seamless mix of opposing hues. Uppers, which bear a total of four different colors, separates at the overlays and base layers: the latter, staying neutral as the only compliment to the rest, is dyed a stark navy while overlaid pieces of nappy suede sit at the toe and rear in what is fittingly dubbed Cosmic Bonsai. Nearby, the swooshes are by and large the most vibrant in terms of the overall spectrum as it shines against the dark backdrop in its Dynamic Yellow. Eyestays and the seemingly miniaturized heel tab darken in a sultry burgundy, leaving midsoles and tongues to a more ordinary swathe of white foam and nylon, respectively. Grab a detailed look at this pair right below and find it slowly rolling out to retailers now with Nike.com likely following shortly.
