The Nike Daybreak Type Revealed In “Laser Orange”

Well-regarded for its deconstructed aesthetic, the recently revealed Nike Daybreak Type has spawned instant fans since showcasing its plethora of vibrant colorways — some that even hark to notable collaborations from Japanese designers Chitose Abe (sacai) and Jun Takahashi (UNDERCOVER). The model’s latest continues these references in seemingly overt fashion, making use of the yellow and grey scheme employed by the latter mentioned icon. Loud, “Laser Orange” dubbed shades hue bright atop the mesh of the side profile as well as the toe, accenting elsewhere at the forefoot’s stitch alongside. Suede panels, which dress the toe cap, eye stay, and the accentuated heel wrap, then outfit in a light grey while similarly neutral bits of white seat adjacent at the midsole and lace unit. Branded minimally — almost not at all — the pair’s signature side check is reduced to a near invisible after image, its presence quiet in relation to the tongue’s dark N.354 patch. Grab a full look at the offering below and expect a release to hit Nike.com and select stores likely within the coming months.

In other news, official images of the Game Royal Air Jordan 1 have appeared.
