The Nike Air Max 90 For Kids Gets Subtle Pops Of Color

The Nike Air Max 90 For Kids Gets Subtle Pops Of Color

The folks over at Nike Sportswear have been flexing their creative muscle all year long on classics like the Air Force 1. The top recipient of their experimental prowess, however, has arguably been the Air Max 90, seen here in a “White/Laser Orange/Aurora/Light Smoke Grey” colorway for kids.

While simple in hue, uppers on this Air Max release are complex in materials. Eyestays and profile windows keep their standard TPU arrangement, but adjacent mudguards and ankle areas feature tumbled leather and ballistic nylon-like construction, respectively. Branding throughout doesn’t deviate much from its usual makeups, but it introduces disparate hues that inject a bit of personality into an otherwise colorless Air Max 90 for kids. Airbags and waffles outsoles underfoot follow suit in either “Teal” or “Barely Volt.”

Take a closer look at this kids’ Air Max 90 here below. And while details of a stateside Nike.com launch are still unknown, pairs are now available overseas for the equivalent of $100 USD.
