2020 has been riddled with outstanding Air Jordan 3 Retro releases, such as the Fire Reds with Nike Air on the heel and the college-inspired Air Jordan 3 “UNC”. Adding to the smoldering AJ3 fire is a “Varsity Royal” colorway, seen here for the first time with a classic package of cement grey, black, and white that harkens back to the original colorways of the model. Varsity Royal tumbled leather covers the entire upper, with matching blue stitched embroidery on the tongue. On the heel-tab is the Jumpman logo – a fitting choice given this colorway’s place as a “new” retro vs. an original. Release information for the Air Jordan 3 “Varsity Royal” have yet to surface, so for now enjoy a first detailed look at the official images below.
In other Air Jordan 3 news, a Jordan 3 “Fire Red” with transparent heel-tabs is slated to release in August, while a women’s Jordan 3 “Laser Orange” is set for July.
