Alternate Color-Blocking Trend Continues On The Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT%

In the world of running, plenty of eyes are fixated upon Nike and their newest line of premier NEXT% models which have adapted to this modernized design ethos of midsole cushioning locked and loaded with a substantial amount of Zoom foam. In regards to those that have already received a measurable push to the market, silhouettes such as the popular VaporFly and AlphaFly have already gotten their fair share of spotlight, so next in line to receive some needed love is the Air Zoom Tempo NEXT%. Design-wise, the low-profile entry is crafted with a full knitted and slightly translucent upper, and alternates its Swoosh sizing between its lateral and medial walls, the former of which hosts an oversized/unfinished version much in similar likeness to the React Infinity, while the latter opts for a normal-sized version fully colored in. The midsole, while not as chunky as the AlphaFly, is still thick enough to spring wearers up with an inch or two, and features the exposed forefoot Zoom pod seen on many of Nike’s latest footwear styles such as the Zoom Type.

Following in line with other NEXT% family members, one of its debut colorways sees through to that of alternate color-blocking. Angelic uppers serve as the backdrop, while the midsoles down below shift between Summer-ready accents of flashy crimson-to-violet and blue gradients split between each foot. This makeup has already dropped in Asia, but stay tuned as an official stateside release via Nike.com and select retailers is likely to occur in the coming weeks.
