The Nike KD 13 Appears In A Black And Dark Grey Mix

The Nike KD 13 Appears In A Black And Dark Grey Mix

Kevin Durant hasn’t laced up the Nike KD 13 during an NBA game, but that hasn’t stopped the Washington, D.C.-native from dressing it up in a slew of notable arrangements. The latest arrives clad in “Black/Metallic Dark Grey/Cool Grey.”

While muted, the pair’s color palette is accompanied by a couple of eye-catching details. Lightweight, but durable uppers are replete with materials that deliver different textures to the basketball-ready proposal: patent leather lateral swooshes are overlaid on mesh and leather. Tongues and collar padding further indulge in “Black,” but boast a tougher, seemingly-canvas construction. Branding on the tongue, detailing on the laces and lateral forefoot midsole tooling opt into a light fluorescent green that’s appeared on several KD 13 iterations; the same finish takes over cushioning accents seen from underfoot. The remainder of the sole unit sports an abstract “Cool Grey” pattern for some added flair.

No stateside Nike.com release details are yet known, but this pair is currently available overseas and on the after-market.
