Nike Energizes The Air Max Plus 2 With Navy And Racer Pink

The Nike Air Max Plus is still an icon today as it was years prior, begetting new and retro’d colorways in spades. Its direct successor, the Air Max Plus 2, however, didn’t quite strike a chord with the same audience, but it may come into its own very soon with its upcoming Navy and Racer Pink revival.

Though not an OG colorway, the pair mirrors a similar retro approach. Neons are sprawled atop the sides of the sculpted molds, gradating from a bright, floral pink to a subdued and visually underset black. Underneath, the mesh does with its cool tones something similar as the forefoot starts off in a darkened gray and ends in a fully saturated navy that’s complemented adjacent by matching heel supports and metallic paneling. The sole, though primarily hued in neutrals, then adds a very slight touch of red to its outsole, finishing a colorway that is brimming with futuristic ethos.

If you’re more interested in what’s dropping tomorrow, the Air Jordan 1 CO.JP Midnight Navy is finally making its US debut.
