2020 was big for atmos. Not only did the Japanese boutique further expand their roots throughout the United States, but they also had a solid number of collaborations. And soon, they’ll be offering their second of 2021: a Puma Suede with none other than Staple.
Unveiled by way of Hirofumi Kojima, the imprint’s director, the pair leads with signature iconography. The classic Staple Pigeon embellishes the side walls opposite to a blacked out crow, a detail befitting of the offering’s “Pigeon and Crown” namesake. Behind, a layer of tanned suede runs the side of the shoe, standing as background to the colored Formstripe, hairy suede heel, and typical “Puma” debossing. Elsewhere, the eye stays seem to hue a light grey, while the lining contrasts heavily in a neon pink.

In other news, the Nike OverBreak Mars Yard is hitting the EU this week.
