Jasmine Tang As revealed last month, Jordan Brand‘s Summer 2021 Retro Collection has several nostalgic styles lined up. Among these re-releases and remixes is the Air Jordan 7 “Flint”—a 2006 classic that will be preparing for its revival tomorrow.
The pair’s understated color palette was an instant hit during its debut nearly fifteen years ago. Specifically, it flaunts the OG Flint Grey nubuck quarter panels and white leather overlays. Hints of Court Purple are applied to branded details such as Jumpman and “23” logos, introducing subtle accents of color into the mix. To complete the throwback offering, a dimpled grey outsole features triangular patterns that reprise the geometric look delivered by the body’s aforementioned panels.
