The Nike Air Max Plus is inherently bold thanks to Sean McDowell’s design and inaugural colorway choices. For its latest ensemble, the Tuned Air-pioneer has indulged in a rather tonal look complemented by eye-catching blue, green and red throughout its upper and sole unit.
Maintaining its standard build, the upcoming pair features an all-white arrangement across its mesh and TPU upper. Reflective strips from the tip of the toe to right below branding on the tongue introduce rich blue contrast into the mix; the tone also animates miniature swooshes on the profiles, the Air Max-cushioning underfoot and various components across the outsole. Akin to a previously-surfaced Air Force 1 Low, lateral mid-foots are branded with multiple swooshes of varying size, which further animate the otherwise simple outfit. The majority of the midsole and tread allow the aforementioned hues to revel in the spotlight.
No Nike.com release date is yet known, but this Air Max Plus is likely to launch before summer ends. In the meantime, enjoy official images of the pair ahead.
