Releasing back in July 1st, 2020 was the Nike Dunk Low “University Red”; this low-top take on the original St. John’s University colorway from the original Be True collection of 1985 is among the most coveted of the modern Dunk re-issues, commanding top dollar for its nostalgic notes. Although not much of a surprise, Nike is planning to bring back this unforgettable OG back in its original form as official images of the shoes surface, albeit in grade school sizing.
Boasting the classic two-toned look, this upcoming release takes on University Red on the overlays, outsole, and inner lining, while the clean and crisp white acts as the base of the shoe. Thus far, the Dunk Highs haven’t been as hotly chased in the aftermarket as its Low counterparts, but we can see these garnering more demand in comparison to its peers.
A release date is currently not known, but a drop before the end of 2021 is possible. See the official images ahead and stay tuned for details.
