Even prior to their collaboration with the NBA, Nike often pushed the “Hardwood Classic” theme, using it to signal a number of throwback releases. Today, the newly debuted LeBron 19 surfaces with this exact nickname, its colorway a likely reference to a past classic.
Though light in use, every instance of color stands out: blues pop below see-through bubbles, while orange shines against a mostly black backdrop. The latter appears not only along the Flywire but also the various branding, lining, and just part of the side’s cosmetic gradient. Elsewhere, the aforementioned neutral fills in the blanks, setting a base perfect for the white grid print, TPU overlays, and midsole.
