With Russell Westbrook having started a brand new chapter, it’s only fitting his Jordan signatures follow suit. And that’s exactly what we’re bearing witness to as the Why Not Zer0.5 is preparing for its upcoming debut.
While originally scheduled to release this December, it’s likely — due to supply shortages and shipment delays — that we won’t see the silhouette until 2022. This colorway, which is among the most vibrant thus far, should be among the inaugural selection, featuring details near perfect for Spring. Violet hues are applied to the upper throughout, complemented by blue webbing, overlays, and mesh at the side, toe, and collar, respectively. Black adds a neutral element at many of the same points, contrasting the bright orange accents along just adajcent.

In the meantime, the Cool Grey 11s are releasing this Saturday.
Updated December 30th, 2021: This colorway is officially called “Childhood” and will release on March 1st, 2022 in full family sizes.
