The Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT is gradually taking over 2022, revealing colorways that rival even the original model’s most recent. And this latest pair, the “Patent Red,” crafts a Bulls-inspired nod almost as compelling as the past holiday’s “Patent Bred.”
In color blocking, the pair is reminiscent of the “Satin Snake” that released back in 2020. The reptilian skin, though, is entirely removed, and the titular satin is replaced with bright red patent across the toe, eye stays, and ankle flaps. Black and white neutrals, then, fill in the rest of the upper, opting for a much flatter assembly of tumbled leathers. What’s more, the sole is given a “Sail” finish, rounding out the shoe with a subtle vintage effect.
For a closer look, check out the official images below. Though a release date is still TBD, it shouldn’t be very long before we hear official word on the shoe’s Nike SNKRS release.
In other news, better images of the Air Jordan 13 Navy were recently unveiled.
