Sneaker News Ishod Wair’s first Nike SB signature shoe is already considered one of the best new sneakers in 2022, and we’ve barely cracked the first quarter of the year. The sleek design and performance elements have always been the Nike SB M.O., but the execution on the SB Ishod is something we haven’t seen in quite some time in regards to Nike’s models for its pro riders. The type of response we’re seeing is similar to the debut of the Stefan Janoski back in 2009 and the Koston One from 2011, so hopefully this is just the start of a dedicated lineage of Ishod footwear.
This next colorway is exactly what we want to see as skaters hit the warmer Spring months. This pastel-esque hint of green can only be described as Pistachio, while a contrasting cream/sail appears on the mudguard and interior lining. The accents of red and the ever-so-important gum outsole complete the season-friendly look. Thus far, Nike SB has yet to disappoint with its in-line colorways, so we can’t wait to see its potential on Nike By You or perhaps even on the shop collab front.
