And while bits and pieces of the capsule have been teased for months, it seems several propositions have been left “under wraps” up until right before a retail debut. The Air Force 1 Mid is the latest model to join in on the summer-appropriate fun.
Akin to other offerings under the “Nike Sun Club” banner, the upcoming pair indulges in shades of tan and yellow across its tumbled leather and airy fabric upper; swoosh-assisted sun graphics on the spine also indulge in golden flair, further contributing to the collection’s theme. Mid-foot panels along the profiles alternate hues between lateral and medial sides, with the former donning an eye-catching red. Hits of green and orange also enter the mix across surrounding components, while the sole unit underfoot opts for Air Force 1 heritage with its all-white makeup.
