Sneaker News Nike continues to play around with different materials, textures, and accessories with the Dunk silhouette as made evident by this upcoming women’s release. Satin, tumbled leather, and dot-textured surface join forces to make an appearance on this Dunk High, completing a varsity jacket look via the shiny exterior of the Racer Blue material. Inside is a bright crimson in a ribbed finish, while an attached pull-tab at the heel features a button rivet.
The tongue is where things get a bit interesting; it features a retro hoops illustration with a referee’s whistle, while a message reads “Designed To The Exact Specifications Of Her”. This Dunk High is part of a small capsule that also includes the Air Force 1 Shadow and Air Max 270.
A release is currently expected in June, but that will likely be delayed.
