Due in part to its lack of marketing, the Nike Air Rift rarely ever saw much attention back in 1996. Even today, the sneaker-sandal hybrid only interests a select few, but that hasn’t stopped the Swoosh from producing more colorways.
Here, the split toe silhouette features a simple, boldly-accented look. White neutrals dye many of the exterior fixtures — such as the straps, forefoot, and mid-panel — while deep greens dress the trim along near every panel. “Volt” makes a bright yet mostly obscured appearance along the inside, highlighting the inner base as well as the retro branding of the blue sockliner.
