The PUMA MB.01 “Be You” Goes Wild With Alternate Color-Blocking And Galaxy Patterns

The PUMA MB.01 “Be You” Goes Wild With Alternate Color-Blocking And Galaxy Patterns

LaMelo Ball’s first signature shoe, the Puma MB.01, has seen seldom releases this past year. But the shoe more than makes up for what it lacks in quantity with a number of unique, often playful styles, many of which are referenced with the upcoming “Be You” colorway.

Echoing the DNA of past offerings, the “Be You” is the culmination of everything the athlete has created up to this point. Past-used colors and graphics collide à la Nike’s many “What The” offerings, creating a patchworked MB.01 made up of many a subtle to overt homage. Among the latter are nods to the Rick and Morty collaboration, as the pair mirrors the color of both halves; moreover, the “Galaxy” is celebrated as well, with the titular print dressing the lateral side of the left foot.

The callbacks don’t quite end there, so take a closer look at the “Be You” via the official images below. If you’d like a pair for yourself, they’ll be available on July 29th via PUMA.com.

In other signature shoe news, the Jordan Zion 2 Fossil was recently unveiled.
