Arguably ahead of its time, the Nike Zoom Flight 95 has received a considerable amount of attention from the brand and collectors alike over the last seven months. As the shoe continues to celebrate its 26th anniversary, it keeps indulging in new styles. Case in point?: A predominantly “White” and “Black” one under the “Hoops Pack” banner.
Minor (if any) modifications have been made to the model’s original design blueprint for its entry into the Nike Basketball collection, though some exist. The majority of the sneaker indulges in a straightforward “yin-and-yang”-friendly ensemble not too dissimilar from the pair Jason Kidd and other hoopers used to lace up on the NBA hardwood during the mid-1990s. Swoosh logos at the toe and lateral heel interrupt the monochromatic look with their “University Red” flair, as does the “Hoops Pack”-related branding at the tongue and mid-foot in their “Total Orange” makeup. Underfoot, midsoles opt for a slightly-yellowed finish that injects a touch of age to the Zoom Air-cushioned classic, harkening back to what is widely-considered the “golden age” of the NBA.
No firm Nike.com launch date has been disclosed by the brand, but that’s likely to change as the end of 2022 inches closer. While you wait, enjoy official images ahead.
