Nike Adds An Aged Look And Feel To The Air Force 1 Low “Gorge Green”

The 40th anniversary of Bruce Kilgore’s iconic silhouette has seen a celebration unlike any other throughout 2022 with an onslaught of colorways being released seemingly every week. For the latest commemoration, the Nike Air Force 1 Low aims to pay homage to its past by harkening back to the original construction of its 1982 debut.

Submerged in a vintage aesthetic, the uppers smooth “Pearl White” leather features added vertical stitching along the lateral quarter while a “Gorge Green” shade fills the models highlighted attributes in the Swooshes, tongue and back tab that bears the 80s “NIKE AIR” branding. The latter hue concludes amidst the outsole beneath a vibrant “Sesame” midsole coinciding with a similarly colored collar lining and lacing as the vertical binding and lower half of the foxing advertises exposed materials furthering the aged feel.

While the Beaverton-based brand hasn’t made any release date information available yet, enjoy official images of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Gorge Green” below with an expected retail price of $120.

For more under the AF1 umbrella, images of the Air Force 1 “Lakers Alternate” have recently surfaced.
