First Look At The Air Jordan 5 SE “UNC”

Since the release of the Air Jordan 1 “University Blue” in 2021, the UNC color palette’s chokehold on sneaker culture has only gotten tighter and tighter. And by the Spring of 2023, the school will have enrolled yet another one of the Jumpman’s own: the Air Jordan 5.

Following leaks back in June, in-hand images of this upcoming colorway have finally surfaced. True to its name, the pair features “University Blue” throughout much of its construction, from the nubuck upper to the woven lining. Darker cool tones complement by way of the lace toggles and eye stays, icy blue finishes mark the netting and outsole, and black brushes every part of the midsole save for the paint splattered spikes.
