The Nike Air Max Plus Returns In Blue And Yellow

The Nike Air Max Plus is just a month and change removed from its 25th anniversary, so it’s expected to take on next year with a wide array of styles.

Recently, Sean McDowell’s design emerged in a blue and yellow color combination that harkens back to its original ensemble. A white tone takes over the bulk of the mesh upper, but the Tuned Air-cushioned proposition’s signature gradient finish introduces a punchy blue into the mix. Vibrant yellow animates the profile swooshes and whale tail-shaped mid-foot shanks just underneath them, all while complementing the “TN” badge’s standard look. Sole units underfoot follow close suit, with visible Air Max bubbles at the forefoot opting for the swoosh’s yellow flair. Lastly, waffle-patterned traction revels in a sky-reminiscent blue.

Enjoy official images of the pair ahead, as you wait for an official Nike.com launch.

In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 2 “Chicago” returns to form on December 30th.
