First Look At The Air Jordan 3 “Lucky Green”

First Look At The Air Jordan 3 “Lucky Green”

Michael Jordan’s 63-point performance against the Boston Celtics in 1986 continues to serve as a ready inspirational addition to Jordan Brand’s roster of offerings each year, having last dressed the Air Jordan 1 in its synonymous scheme back in 2020. Just a short two years later, the unusual cast of green has returned to reimagine yet another AJ1 alongside a women’s-exclusive Air Jordan 3.

Borrowing 2020’s identical palette for its updated proposition, seldom titular red accents lay claim to the tongue’s Jumpman while its elephant print heel counter and mudguard proffer slight disparities between the two models. Crisp white tumbled leathers envelop the entirety of the silhouette’s base layer allowing for the Boston-inspired green to emanate from the eye stays, hang tag and the heel’s midsole clip. Underfoot, an aged aesthetic is birthed amongst the remaining sections of the midsole, color matching the vintage “Sail” shade across its sock liner and laces before a clad grey tread concludes the pair’s design elements.

Expected to release on April 6th, 2023, enjoy a first look at the upcoming women’s Air Jordan 3 “Lucky Green” below in the meantime.

For more under the Beaverton-based brand’s umbrella, check out where to buy the Air Jordan 9 “Fire Red” ahead of its release this coming Tuesday, December 13th.
