Clad-canvas tooling continues to provide a seldom reconfigured wash across Jordan’s first signature silhouette. And while the Air Jordan 1 KO’s disparate construction has been in rotation since the original silhouette’s birth year in 1986, the model’s recent revitalization is taking a step back from serving as an extension for the “Be True To Your School” pack and instead harkens a non-connective “Tiffany Diamonds” hue.
Coordinating a university-centric color blocked aesthetic, the pair reserves an overwhelming majority of its real estate for a pristine pairing of crisp white hues and an accenting lightened lucid blue. Coating the latter across its textured overlays, selective color-matched swatches of smooth leather fill the collar panels and midfoot Swoosh while its’ underlying base layer pairs effortlessly with “Summit White” shades. Elsewhere, the mesh tongue enjoys a vintage-hued anchoring whereas further bright white contrasts outfit the tongue tab logos, laces and “AIKO” winged insignias in conclusion to the overall design elements.
While no release date information has been made available just yet, enjoy a first-look at the upcoming Air Jordan 1 KO “Tiffany/White” below in the meantime.
