Today, there are few sneakers more universally loved than the Salomon XT-6, with many — from fashion enthusiasts to sneakerheads — often owning several different styles. And despite the silhouette’s overwhelming popularity, the French footwear brand maintains a readily available stock across third-party storefronts as well as their own. This is not often the case with the catalog’s best, however, as pairs the likes of the “Monument/Phantom,” “Wren/Kangaroo,” and “Beluga/Black” quickly flew off the shelves upon release. Thankfully, for those of us who missed out, all three of these are returning by way of the upcoming “Recut” pack.
Now boasting an extremely large and ever-growing catalog of colorways — both collaborative and inline alike — the Salomon XT-6 first made its debut back in 2013. And in honor of the sneaker’s 10th Anniversary, the footwear brand is looking back on the modern classic’s most coveted appearances, retroing them as part of a brand new initiative: the above-mentioned “Recut” pack. Complete with all of its signature features, the XT-6 is bringing out 1:1 reissues of the “Monument/Phantom,” “Wren/Kangaroo,” and “Beluga/Black.”
Enjoy a closer look at the Salomon XT-6 “Recut” Pack right here. If you’re looking to secure either of the three colorways, they’ll be available through select retailers on January 26th.
In other news, HOKA recently released the Project Clifton.
