Nike’s most influential silhouettes have undergone a multitude of design knives, but each pair’s original construction presides above each hybrid construction and revitalized tooling. Continuing to establish the Nike Blazer’s 1977 roots, a vintage ensemble pairs vibrant red Swooshes with seldom cream accents.
Employing a supple crisp white leather across the entirety of the streamlined upper and sock liner, colorless laces match with the tongue’s presiding mesh composition for a clad base layer. Incorporating its initial contrast across the mudguard’s messy grey suede, a seldom extension of light cream anchors the back tab in a cracked leather finish while jet-black brandings come affixed to the latter in tandem with the tongue tab. Infusing the re-sculpted Swooshes of the midfoot with a bodacious coat of “Picante Red”, exposed foam at the tongue brings a close to the 70s-inspired option.
